When you sign up to become an instructor on the Sheerxirfad platform, you agree to these Instructor Terms (“Instructor Terms”). These Instructor Terms are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and govern your rights and obligations as an instructor.
By uploading content or teaching on Sheerxirfad, you enter into a direct contract with Sheerxirfad.
1. Instructor Obligations
As an instructor, you are responsible for all content you submit, including but not limited to: lectures, quizzes, coding exercises, assignments, resources, assessments, course descriptions, announcements, and communications.
You represent and warrant that:
You will provide and maintain accurate and updated account information.
You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to authorize Sheerxirfad to use your content under these Terms.
Your content does not infringe or misappropriate third-party intellectual property.
You have the necessary qualifications, skills, and knowledge to teach your subject matter.
Your content meets Sheerxirfad’s quality standards and international learning expectations.
Your content respects local cultural and religious values.
You agree that you will not:
Post false, harmful, or misleading information.
Upload content that violates laws, ethics, or Sheerxirfad’s cultural and religious guidelines.
Engage in spam, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial promotions.
Impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another account.
Interfere with or abuse Sheerxirfad’s services, instructors, or students.
Collect or misuse student data outside the Sheerxirfad platform.
Redirect enrolled students to external platforms to bypass Sheerxirfad payments or platform rules.
1.1 AI-Assisted Content
Instructors may use AI tools to assist in the creation of course materials. However, instructors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and legality of all content submitted.
AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified before publication. Low-effort or misleading AI-generated courses may be rejected or removed from the platform.
2. License to Sheerxirfad
You grant Sheerxirfad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, market, distribute, and sublicense your content on the platform and through third-party partners (e.g., affiliates, resellers, distributors, advertising platforms).
Students who purchase or enroll in your course receive access for 1 year by default, unless a different access duration is explicitly stated on the course details page. Access rights granted to students remain valid for the duration specified, even if you later remove your content.
Marketing Rights: Sheerxirfad may use your content for advertising, promotions, and accessibility improvements (e.g., adding captions, translations).
Content Removal: You may remove your content at any time. Sheerxirfad’s right to enroll new students ends 60 days after removal, but student licenses granted before removal remain in effect.
3. Trust, Cooperation & Compliance
3.1 Content Standards & Reviews
Instructors must comply with Sheerxirfad’s Content Quality Guidelines.
Courses may be reviewed for accuracy, clarity, student feedback, and engagement.
Low-performing or outdated courses may be flagged for updates, hidden, or removed (with notice).
3.2 Instructor Conduct
Instructors must act with professionalism and integrity.
Any activity that harms Sheerxirfad’s reputation or student trust (e.g., abusive behavior, off-platform solicitation) may result in suspension.
3.3 Student Relationship
Instructors do not have a direct contractual relationship with students.
Instructors may only access student data provided through the platform.
You may not collect additional personal data or store student data outside Sheerxirfad.
Violation of this section may result in legal liability and indemnification obligations.
3.4 Minimum Course Quality Requirements
Courses published on Sheerxirfad must meet minimum quality standards, including:
Clear audio and video quality
Structured and organized curriculum
Educational value and practical learning outcomes
Original or properly licensed materials
Sheerxirfad may request revisions, temporarily hide, or remove courses that fail to meet these standards.
3.5 Reviews & Rating Integrity
Instructors may not manipulate course reviews or ratings. This includes:
Posting fake reviews
Offering incentives for positive reviews
Encouraging misleading feedback
Violation may result in course removal or instructor suspension.
4. Pricing & Geo-Pricing
Instructors may set a base price for their courses.
Sheerxirfad reserves the right to adjust pricing for promotions, discounts, bundles, subscriptions, and geo-location pricing models.
Prices shown to students may vary based on their country or currency.
5. Payments & Revenue Share
5.1 Revenue Share
Instructors receive 60% of the net revenue from paid enrollments after deductions (e.g., taxes, payment fees, discounts).
If Sheerxirfad changes the revenue share model, instructors will receive at least 30 days’ notice.
5.2 Payouts
Payouts are issued monthly through your chosen method (EVC, eDahab, bank account, PayPal, etc.).
Minimum payout thresholds may apply depending on the payment provider.
Instructors are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
5.3 Refunds
Students may request refunds under Sheerxirfad’s Terms and Conditions.
Instructors do not earn revenue from refunded transactions.
If refunds exceed earnings, Sheerxirfad may deduct future payouts or request reimbursement.
5.4 Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold for instructors is $50 USD. Earnings will accumulate in the instructor account balance until this threshold is reached.
Once the threshold is met and valid payout details are configured, payouts will be automatically processed during the next payout cycle.
Sheerxirfad reserves the right to modify payout thresholds with prior notice to instructors.
5.5 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Sheerxirfad is not responsible for delays, technical failures, or disruptions caused by these providers.
Processing fees, transaction costs, and currency conversion fees may be deducted before calculating instructor revenue.
5.6 Fraud Prevention
Sheerxirfad may investigate suspicious transactions, including but not limited to:
Self-purchases
Refund abuse
Payment fraud
Fake enrollments
Revenue generated from fraudulent transactions may be reversed, withheld, or deducted from instructor balances.
6. Access Models
Sheerxirfad may offer courses under:
One-time course purchases provide 1-year access by default, unless a different access duration is clearly stated on the course details page.
7. Course Archiving, Expiration & Removal
Courses with low or no sales (e.g., <10 sales in a year or inactive for 2+ years) may be archived or removed with notice.
Previously purchased courses will remain accessible to students for the access duration originally stated at the time of purchase, whether that is the default 1-year access or a custom duration listed on the course page.
Courses that receive no purchases for a continuous period of six (6) months may be flagged for review and scheduled for removal from the platform.
Sheerxirfad may archive or delete such courses to maintain platform quality and relevance.
Students who previously purchased the course will retain access for the duration of their original access period.
8. Account Sharing & Fair Use Enforcement
To protect instructor earnings and platform integrity:
Sheerxirfad monitors suspicious logins, device activity, and concurrent streaming.
Accounts showing abusive behavior may be flagged, suspended, or terminated.
9. Intellectual Property & Piracy Protection
Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant Sheerxirfad rights to host and distribute it.
If your content is pirated externally, Sheerxirfad will assist in takedown actions, but is not legally liable for third-party misuse.

10. Account Deletion
Instructors may delete their accounts at any time.
Pending payouts will be processed before final closure.
Student licenses remain valid after the instructor account is deleted.
10.1 Instructor Account Inactivity
Instructor accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months may be subject to suspension.
If no activity occurs after suspension, Sheerxirfad reserves the right to permanently delete the instructor account.
Any eligible pending payouts will be processed before final account closure.
11. Updates to Instructor Terms
We may update these Instructor Terms periodically to reflect new features, pricing models, or compliance obligations. Updates become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notices.
12. Force Majeure
Sheerxirfad shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or platform outages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Internet infrastructure failures
Cybersecurity incidents
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Power outages
